Warranty terms and coverage
Our main products, pool cues, complete darts sets, and dartboards, are covered for 10 years from the original date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal play and proper care. Find your product below for what is and is not covered.
Pool cues
Applies to all IgnatGames pool cues, including the Tribal Vanguard and Legendary Clans Edition lines.

Not covered
Tips, ferrules, bumpers, wraps, and grips (consumables); cosmetic scratches and dings; misuse, drops, or accidents; warping, cracking, or finish damage from heat, cold, or humidity; storing the cue assembled under tension or leaning against a wall; refinishing or third-party repairs; cues bought second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.
Care
Store the cue broken down in its case. Keep it at room temperature, never in a hot car or a damp basement. Do not lean it against a wall for long periods. Wipe the shaft with a dry or barely damp cloth. Keep the joint clean and hand-tight.
Darts, steel and soft tip
Applies to all IgnatGames complete darts sets, including the Darkborn, Elderborn, Legendary Clans, and Urban Legends collections.

Not covered
Consumables in the kit (flights, loose spare tips, soft-tip points, O-rings, and the 100 extra soft tips); shafts bent or snapped by a drop or impact; cosmetic wear and coating marks; throwing at hard or unintended surfaces; modifications or third-party repairs; sets bought second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.
Care
Match the darts to the board: steel tip on a bristle (sisal) board, soft tip on an electronic board. Replace worn flights and soft-tip points promptly. Hand-tighten shafts with the included tool. Store the darts in the case. Keep the barrels clean and dry.
Dartboards
Applies to the IgnatGames Professional Dartboard Set (Assassin Elite, competition-size Kenyan sisal).

Not covered
Normal surface wear of the sisal from extended play (every sisal board wears with use, which is why the board has a rotating ring); dart holes and bounce-out marks; damage from soft tip darts, bent or oversharpened points, or anything other than steel tip darts; warping, softening, mold, or bulging from moisture, humidity, heat, or sun; incorrect mounting or damp storage; the included flights (consumable); modifications or third-party repairs; boards from unauthorized sellers.
Care
Use steel tip darts only. Rotate the number ring every week or two so the high-scoring segments do not wear out first, this is the single biggest thing you can do to make a board last. Keep it dry and at room temperature, away from damp and direct sun. Never wet the board. Keep your points sharp but not needle-sharp, and replace bent points. Mount it correctly with the included bracket.
Accessories and consumables
Accessories and consumable items are not covered by the 10-year warranty. This includes the Laser Toe Line Marker, dry-erase scoreboards, dart flights and flight upgrade sets, the wooden darts holder, and loose consumables such as flights, tips, chalk, shafts, and gloves.
These items are covered by our standard 30-day return policy. If an item arrives defective or fails out of the box, email hello@ignatgames.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it. Beyond 30 days, flights, tips, chalk, and similar items are wear parts, designed to be replaced as part of normal play.
Eligibility and activation
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Keep your order number or receipt: every claim must be accompanied by it. To activate full 10-year coverage, register your product within 30 days of purchase using the form on our warranty page.
How to make a claim
Email hello@ignatgames.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, and attach one or two clear photos or a short video of the area of concern. Our team reviews the claim, usually within a few business days, and tells you whether it is covered. If we need to inspect the item, we will send return instructions; the item and a copy of the original receipt must accompany any returned claim. If the claim is covered, we repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. Within the first 30 days after purchase, we cover return shipping for covered defects.
Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IgnatGames' sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement of the product as described above. IgnatGames is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or any costs beyond the value of the product itself. This warranty gives you specific rights; you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction, and nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you hold under local law.
