Terms of Use — IgnatGames Companion

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the IgnatGames Companion mobile application (the "App"), provided by IGNARIS PRIME SRL ("IgnatGames", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

The App is a personal tool for keeping score and practicing darts and billiards. It is provided for your personal, non‑commercial use. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App for this purpose.

2. No account

The App does not require an account. You are responsible for the data you keep on your device and for any content you submit through the Feedback feature.

3. Points and reward codes

  • You may earn points through normal use of the App (e.g., completing matches and drills). Points have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
  • Unlocking a reward reveals an IgnatGames discount code. Codes are typically single‑use, one per customer, valid only while the corresponding promotion is active, and may have an expiry date.
  • Redeeming a code and any resulting purchase take place on Amazon and are subject to Amazon's terms, pricing, availability, and policies.
  • We may add, change, limit, suspend, or withdraw points, rewards, or codes at any time, including to prevent abuse or error.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including not attempting to manipulate points or rewards, not interfering with the App's operation, and not using the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used to operate and improve the App and our products without obligation or compensation to you. See our Privacy Policy for how feedback data is handled.

6. Third‑party links and services

The App may link to third‑party services such as Amazon and our online store. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties.

7. "As is" — no warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Scores, statistics, and reward availability are provided for convenience and may contain errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGNARIS PRIME SRL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
