Privacy Policy — IgnatGames Companion

This Privacy Policy explains how IGNARIS PRIME SRL ("IgnatGames", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the IgnatGames Companion mobile application (the "App"). It is specific to the App and is separate from the privacy policy of our online store.

1. Summary

  • The App is a personal scorekeeping and practice tool for darts and billiards.
  • We do not require an account, and we do not use advertising or third‑party tracking/analytics.
  • Almost everything you do in the App (your name, preferences, scores, drills, points and streaks) is stored only on your device.
  • The only information that leaves your device is what you choose to send us through the in‑app Feedback form, plus minimal technical context to help us act on it.

2. Information stored on your device

When you use the App, the following is saved locally on your device (using the device's standard local storage) and is not transmitted to us:

  • Your display name and game preference (darts, billiards, or both)
  • Your match history, drills completed, practice logs
  • Your points, streaks, and reward status

You can erase all of this at any time using Profile → Reset all data, or by uninstalling the App.

3. Information you send us (Feedback)

If you use the in‑app Feedback feature, we receive only what is needed to read and respond to your message:

  • Your name and email address — optional; provided only if you choose to
  • The feedback category and your message
  • Basic technical context: your device platform (e.g., iOS/Android) and simple in‑app activity counts (number of matches and drills completed), to help us understand and reproduce issues

We use this information solely to respond to you and to improve the App. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

How it is processed: feedback is sent to a small server endpoint we operate (hosted on Vercel) and delivered to us by email through the email provider Resend. These providers process the data only to transmit your message to us. We encourage you to review their respective privacy practices.

4. Rewards and discount codes

The App lets you unlock IgnatGames discount codes. Codes are displayed in the App; redeeming them and any related purchase happen on Amazon, under Amazon's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your Amazon account information through the App.

5. No tracking, no ads

The App does not include third‑party advertising, marketing SDKs, or analytics/tracking technologies, and does not build advertising profiles about you.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children. It is intended for users who meet the minimum age stated on the relevant app store listing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data retention

  • On‑device data remains until you reset it in the App or uninstall the App.
  • Feedback messages you send us are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to improve the App, and then deleted or archived.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. 9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or on our website.
