Delete Your IgnatGames Companion Account
You can delete your IgnatGames Companion account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open IgnatGames Companion.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — By email Send a request from your account email address to with the subject line "Delete my account". We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What gets deleted Your email address, display name, gameplay history (matches and scores), drill and training-program progress, points, and reward claims — all permanently removed from our servers.
What we keep Nothing tied to your identity. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
Marketing emails If you subscribed to IgnatGames emails, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of any email. Deleting your account also removes your data as described above.
